We are a collective dedicated to the advancement and protection of worker rights. Built on the four pillars of the L.I.O.N. framework, our mission is to transform the workplace into an environment of equity and respect.

L – Liberty, Labor & Leadership: We advocate for the foundation of our economy—the workers—and develop the leaders of tomorrow’s labor movement. I – Integrity, Inclusion & Intervention: we maintain the highest ethical standards while ensuring every voice, regardless of background, is represented and heard. O – Organization, Opportunity & Oversight: We believe in the power of collective action to create fair wages, safe conditions, and career growth for all. N – Non-Descrimination, Negotiation & Network: We utilize strategic negotiation to secure better conditions while building a community that supports one another.

Note: We are currently in our foundational phase, actively seeking board members and partners as we finalize our formal 501(c)(3) incorporation.
